  • 1. Unwrap Carefully

    Upon receiving your flowers, carefully remove the wrapping, particularly from the stems.

  • 2. Hydrate:

    Place the flowers in a vase filled with fresh water, ensuring all stems are submerged. There's no need to fill the vase to the top; as long as the stems are in water, your flowers will stay hydrated.

  • 3. Trim

    After three days of receiving your flowers, refresh your arrangement by trimming about a centimetre or more off the bottom of each stem, cutting diagonally. This helps the stems absorb water more efficiently.

  • 4. Clean Water

    Place the trimmed flowers back into a clean vase filled with fresh tap water, ensuring all stems are covered by water.

  • 5. Repeat:

    Repeat this process every few days to ensure the longevity of your blooms and to keep them looking their best for your continued enjoyment.
